Careers
Agave is always looking to expand our team with the best and brightest. We will have a number of career opportunities open up over the course of 2022 and are excited to hear from anyone interested in joining us! Volunteering
We believe that trained, compassionate volunteers are one of the most valuable resources we offer to patients and their circle of support. Volunteers help by:
- Being a comforting and supportive presence
- Engaging in the patient’s hobbies, such as reading or playing a board game
- Staying with the patient so the caregiver can run errands
- Running errands, preparing meals or doing light housework
Many hospice volunteers have had first-hand experience with a family member or close friend who required special care and support. They participate in an extensive training program and attend regular training meetings thereafter. Our volunteer coordinators work with patients and families to match volunteer services to their needs.
Donating
